I would first take an inventory of what you’re passionate about or particularly skilled at.
For example, I have a neighbor who loves pets and so she started a pet sitting/walking business and now she works part time and has a full schedule of people paying her to watch their pets.
There any many opportunities to make money online, but there is going to be a learning curve. It may take you more than a year to start making a good income.
Best of luck to you,
Cyrus
Hello there if you like to scrapbook I can help you can email me at gillespiet20@yahoo.com put cm in the subject line. Talk to you later
I am a Director with Southern Living at HOME and have been with this company for 4 years. We have a starter kit for $199 that include $500 in products and the catalogs, order forms, etc. to get started. This company has the highest party average in the industry! There is more information on my website including an online catalog. You will also want to see the benefits offered by our company. Their philosophy is for us to make money and keep the money we make. We can sponsor anyone across the country and then I will find you a group in your area to connect with for meetings, etc.
My website is:www.southernlivingathome.com/julieshome.
I welcome your email with any questions I can answer.
You could become a Pampered Chef consultant. I have been doing this for 7 years and absolutely LOVE my job. We are a multi-billion dollar business, almost 30 years old, and belong to the DSA (direct selling association) and DSWA (women’s association). Our goal is to make mealtime family-time.
For a $155 investment you get over $500 worth of kitchen tools and paperwork to get your business started. The agreement with the company is that you do 4 shows. On average 1 show is 3 hours and you would earn about $100. You are your own boss, setting your own hours and calendar.
If this sounds interesting and you would like more information, please email me at kathyispampered@yahoo.com. I hope to hear from you soon!
Good Luck!
I just got involved in what I think could be the best work from home business ever. Check it out! http://www.myhomebusinesspays.com/danmyers
I make decent cash doing short surveys and refering people to the site. I have made around $400 in the past 3 weeks, and they pay thru Paypal so it doesn’t take long. I know its not alot, but its better than nothing. I have actually researched many sites and this one is the best for makin’ easy money. Check it out, let me know what you think.

I started a a blog on home based business opportunities on my 360 page. Some are network marketing and some are not.
I only allow business’s that I know have a great opportunity. People that I know that are involved in the company and has been proven to me they’re making money. I will not allow things such as “paid surveys” although they’re not all scams, some you can make a little bit of money. But the time consumption isn’t a great opportunity. That should be listed under hobbies or something. Not an income opportunity.
anyhow, take a look at my 360 blog, if you like something and are interested in more information, contact the person that wrote the comment. They can point you in the correct direction on what to do and how to start it.
Good Luck to you!
Hi Aunt Murry!
I’ll have to agree with Kathy and tell you that I LOVE working as a Pampered Chef consultant. I have friends who sell for Discovery Toys, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, Creative Memories, Southern Living and HOME, Signature Homestyles, Avon, Stampin Up and probably a few more. I’d recommend all these companies as legitimate business opportunities. I’d love to chat with you sometime and maybe I can help you compare/contrast the different companies. Perhaps I can talk you into my choice – Pampered Chef – but if not, at least I helped someone out. Just send an email to heatherkrey@rcn.com. (I’d rather not post my phone #, but I’ll email it to you.)
Hope to hear from you, and good luck starting a business!!
Heather

Or you could think about what you are most passionate about. That will identify a niche. Then I recommend you do a little research with the Business Opportunity Search Engine. Being community driven it’s a cross between a search engine and a Wikipedia. You can add, delete and improve the results for much more focused answers than a general search engine can provide. http://www.BusinessOpportunitySearchEngine.com
