Failing is not the issue. “Recruiting” people to work so that you can make money off of them is. You care less about your product than you do about convincing people to sell it for you. In this way, the “sale of the product” is a scam.

The difference is the way your career is done compared to this style of business too. In principle anyone who applies themselves to this can indeed succeed. Unlike yours which takes The business is a model designed to give people a chance to learn and get better. If its a good business it will invest time into them to make sure IF they stick at it and learn along the way.
