Hi Mike,

I do 95% of my business using the internet and the telephone. I talk to people on the phone only AFTER they have requested information from me. I never do cold calling or buy leads.

Thanks for the info, I would rather just keep buying satisfied customers and not talking to them about my business instead of talking to people on the phone.
