News: MLM Compensation Plans: Critical Considerations In Evaluating a Legitimate MLM Business Opportunity

Monday, July 4th, 2011

Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) April 10, 2003

Online and offline consumers are looking for ways to increase their incomes, particularly in this economic downturn. Many worldwide are turning to multi-level marketing (MLM) companies since these are home-based programs. However, the selection process can be intimidating. How do they find something that is within the proper legal guidelines? How do they know if the opportunity has a strong compensation plan so they don’t waste their time?

One of the major factors determining the legitimacy of an MLM program is the company’s MLM compensation plan. Debbi A. Ballard, MLM consultant and expert witness, has just released the report “SIXTY Things You Should Know About MLM Compensation Plans.” Reading this report helps consumers to evaluate an MLM business opportunity for legal pitfalls. It also helps them understand how the various compensation plans pay out so they know if the opportunity could really be worthwhile financially. The Satisfaction Of Your Case Can Rely On Good Injury Lawyers

Friday, January 21st, 2011

The situation is one we all dread. We imagine ourselves on the road, early in the morning, on the way to work. There are a lot of cars on the road, probably too many cars. Suddenly there is a loud crash! The car behind you has rammed your car. Even though you are not hurt, it might be time to talk to personal injury lawyers.

The law has many different branches and each lawyer chooses a particular area in which to specialize. If you need a new will drawn up, or you have an interest in an estate, you need an attorney who knows about probate law. If you are starting a company, you need a lawyer who knows corporate law. By the same token, when you are faced with a divorce, you want someone who is expert in child custody and personal property law.

It is a little overwhelming, at first, looking for an attorney. It might be the most important decision you ever make and you certainly want to make the right choice. Luckily, by thinking ahead and following a simple set of rules, you can increase your chances of success.

Experience counts. Look for an attorney who has built a successful practice. If your legal representative has been successful with others than there is every likely that you will find satisfaction, as well.

The overall size of the firm is something to consider. In some cases, like complicated criminal trials, you will need an attorney that has a large support staff that can help jump the various hurdles imposed by the court. In other cases, say an amicable divorce, you may not need the services of more than just one person.

The cost for services rendered should be settled in advance. Professional attorneys will give you this information up front. If they do not do so, or you sense any hesitation on their part, go elsewhere. If you can’t trust your attorney, then hire somebody else.

Attitude is extremely important, even more so if you are going to trial. Your attorney will represent you in court and be your voice before the judge and jury. Someone aggressive and charismatic is more likely to sway them in your direction than someone who is less appealing to listen to, or look at.

It is better to get someone who promises more than she delivers. Professional attorneys will not ask you for payment in advance in personal matters. They will be paid when the case is settled, out of whatever award they arrange for you. Until then, they are responsible for the expenses.

The right attorney will fight for your legal rights and work really hard for you. Your choice can really make a difference. Choose a confident attorney who can build a good case based on the laws of the land.

Look at the behavior of the staff in the lawyer office. If they are friendly and helpful, considerate of each other and generally calm and efficient, it is very likely that your case will be handled the same way. The attitude of the attorney is mirrored by her staff.

Make sure you obtain legal representation that has both the experience and the resources to help you win your case. Whether you are deciding between several injury lawyer or some other group of legal specialists, follow these simple rules and you can proceed with confidence.

Energy Efficient Land-Lords

Sunday, January 16th, 2011

Landlords traditionally have been unwilling to spend money on improving energy efficiency in the homes they let out. However, with increasing governmental pressure, landlords are beginning to put into place measures to improve their sustainability and carbon footprint. Affectionately known as a green lease, the measures are designed to encourage both the landlord and the tenant to undertake a more sustainable outlook and their environmental behaviour. Some of the areas to be covered by the green lease include:

The government on the other hand has another idea; by putting pressure on the landlord they are slowly beginning to put into place measures to improve their sustainability and their carbon footprint. The measure which is known as ‘green lease’ is intended to encourage both the landlord and the tenant to develop sustainable attitude to the home and improve their environmental behaviour.

Alterations – tenants could be restricted from making alterations to premises that prejudice the energy performance certificate (EPC) rating or the environmental performance of the premises. Landlords may also consider waiving the reinstatement provision where alterations are made in accordance with green lease clauses or which reduce the EPC rating for the premises.

The government is providing grant assistance to help make our properties more energy efficient and reduce our individual Carbon footprints in an effort to combat Climate Change.

Landlords can use Government grant incentives to better insulate their properties which can be used to install energy efficient measures such as cavity wall & loft insulation which typically accounts for 60% heat loss in a home.

With prices from 129 for Loft or Cavity wall insulation for insulating a 5 bed house, there is a saving of nearly 1000 on cost of insulation using the grant. This offers an average saving on the heating bill of 365 each year with less condensation, damp & mould. This benefits both the bill payer (tenant) through lower service charges and the landlord through reducing maintenance bills.

There are other benefits for the landlord, such as: Improving the Value & rent ability of their properties, the tenant tends to stay longer & properties rent quicker due to lower running costs, they can re-claim the Cost of Energy Efficient Measures.

Public Transport Accident Compensation

Saturday, January 15th, 2011

Whether you’re travelling by coach, bus, train, taxi, ferry or aircraft, your transport company has a duty of care to prevent any possible injuries. If the company fail to meet safety regulations, and you are injured as a result, you could be eligible to make a compensation claim against them.

Negligent driving is one of the main causes of injury on public transport. For instance, if a bus driver were to break quickly, in the absence of seatbelts passengers would be thrown from their seats. This can incur injuries such as fractures, breaks and whiplash.

If you have unfortunately been involved in an accident while travelling on public transport, as with all personal injury claims, you would need to prove that someone else was responsible. To help your case you should gather evidence as follows. Inform the driver or steward of the accident as soon as possible and take the details of any witnesses present. Remember to keep your ticket which will establish that you were a passenger. If possible you should also take photographs of the scene of the accident. Lastly you should receive medical advice on your injuries from a medical professional and gather a prognosis of your injury.

After reviewing your evidence a personal injury solicitor will decide whether your case is viable to proceed with. They will then write a Letter of Claim to the transport company, who will respond by way of negotiation or rejection of your claim. Whatever happens your solicitor will be able to advise you at every stage. Public Transport Accident Compensation

Public transport is, however, still the safest way to travel. The Office of National Statistics recently published a report showing that private vehicles still generate the most accidents and result in the most serious injuries. Claiming against a large company is a lengthy and

Disturbing News…ilearningglobal Terminates MLM Compensation Plan!

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

www.mlmfactsexposed.com ilearningglobal Terminates Its MLM Compensation Plan! ilearningglobal is the 2nd major MLM company to terminate its pay plan in 2010, and therefore all distributors in 2010. It was announced on March 17 that ilk will cease distributing its products via MLM and go to a more traditional retail sales model. This decision will be hugely detrimental to the many distributors who have put their belief, faith, trust and energy into the company for their future. It will be especially so for the top distributors who will bear the responsibility of emotions from their entire downline team. Its also bad for the entire MLM industry as many will lose confidence in it as a vehicle. ilearningglobal began in early 2008 with Brian Tracy, a global leader in personal development, as one of its founders. It was in pre-launch for about year before it officially launched in March 2009. Come March 2010, the company has failed its hard working distributors. It will continue as a company, but its MLM business model, like most new MLM companies, did not survive the first two years This is exactly what “The MLM Insider Secrets Report” discusses. This letter was written for leaders by leaders. You have an option. This is the exact reason why thousands are leaving MLM for GPT and now earning huge upfront profits in addition to residual income. If your business is dependent on residual income alone. It is not a strong business model in the 21st century. ilearningglobal is a

Is (MLM) Multi Level Marketing a Scam- The Truth Revealed… PART 1

Monday, November 2nd, 2009

http://www.tubeninja.com

Is (MLM)Multi Level Marketing a Scam?

This is probably one of the biggest controversial industries online and that’s the mlm business.

I have talked to hundreds of people and have seen a pattern in the way people do mlm marketing, get mlm leads, do mlm training, get into mlm companies, mlm home based businesses, mlm opportunities, use mlm software online, get caught up in mlm compensation plans, how people recruit prospects in their mlm downline and the list goes on!

So what I want to share in this (mlm) multi level marketing video is:

* What is MLM?

Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct selling.

Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).

* Pros and Cons of Joining MLM

MLM PROS Possible Reasons that MLM Could Be a Great Business For You!

1. Usually start-up costs are low.
2. Many of the highest-quality products are manufactured by MLM companies.
3. You can work it part time if you choose, which allows you to work a job fulltime and work your MLM business in your spare time.
4. You can work from your home.
5. Your business expenses will be deductible from your income tax.
6. You will be your own boss.
7. You choose which hours you want to work.
8. You may develop a small extra income or possibly even a very large income, allowing you to quit your job, or have a great retirement.
9. Your income will be a residual income, which will come to you month-after-month, year-after-year.
10. You will have time freedom.
11. You will meet many like-minded people.

MLM CONS Possible Reasons that MLM Should NOT Be the Business For You!

1. At first you could work very, very hard without making any money!
2. The ease of start-up can cause people to get into several companies, with the mistaken belief that they can easily develop several income streams. This causes a lack of focus and makes the person far more likely to fail.
3. The products could be overpriced and it may be difficult to determine whether they are any better than you could purchase at a discount store.
4. People may look at what is possible to make with MLM instead of what is likely to happen. There are a lot of very inaccurate get-rich quick claims out there. When success doesnt come quickly, a person may be more likely to quit and join something else.
5. It can be very hard to distinguish a legitimate company or opportunity from a scam.
6. Many people do not seem to realize that it takes time and money to build a solid business.
7. Ideally, MLM is based on everyone doing a little bit. In reality, most people dont do their part, making it necessary for the few workers to work much harder to find any amount of success!
8. The failure rate is extremely high.
9. As in any business, to succeed with MLM takes a lot of dedication.
10. Unlike a job where you may punch a clock or have a certain number of hours to work each day, no one is requiring you to do anything with your MLM business. YOU must be the one to decide to work it, or invest your money into advertising. It takes true self-discipline!
11. Your family and friends may not at all understand what you are trying to accomplish. Hopefully, you will get very helpful support from others, but realize that they may not support you at all, no matter how dedicated you are!

* Why MLMers Fail!
* The Truth Revealed Is MLM really a scam?

Now there is a long mlm list of different opinions on the subject which is why I want you to comment below and tell me one pro and con about mlm and what your experience has been.

It’s to bad that this mlm industry is one of the most failed opportunities online and that very few have mlm success. So it’s time to learn from not only my mistakes, but from the community of people who have gone through it.
